Pepper von Petriroda is a gorgeous 13 month old sable German Shepherd. Pepper is a wonderfully sweet girl with a big heart who wants to do the right thing. She looks to you for guidance on what that right thing is. Attentive and loving, Pepper came to us from a family who loved her but weren't able to keep her.  We were told that she's good with children and all-size dogs, and is house-trained and crate-trained. (She's a no for cats.) She'll show you a perfect “sit” and accept a treat from your hand with utmost courtesy. Pepper loves toys! She walks well on a leash, always happy for the promise of adventure. She is an enthusiastic greeter of other dogs accompanying her on a pack walk and any person who happens to cross her path.  In off-leash playgroups Pepper can really exercise her meet-and-greet skills. She is the consummate mingler. Her vivacity can just be a bit annoying to some dogs, but she is very responsive to direction and steps back immediately.
